In The Beginning:

    We were introduced to goats many years ago. As avid backpackers, we looked into packstock to help us carry all of our gear. We happened on a packgoat yahoo site. After a few years of research, we decided that Alpines were our goat of choice. Four packgoats were added to our menagerie. We decided to add a milk doe to our farm for fresh goats milk. Since we had an abundance of goats milk, we looked for other outlets to utilize it. Soap was the obvious choice and it expanded into lotions, shampoos, conditioners and other beauty products.

    Our mission statement is: Keep it Local, Keep it Healthy, Keep it Spectacular. We pride ourselves on feeding our goats an organic, non-GMO, non processed diet. All of the ingredients in Alpine Goat Girl products are the highest quality, organic and pure in nature.

We use quality, Organic, Non GMO ingredients in all of our products, sourcing locally as much as possible. Our goats are also fed an organic, non GMO diet as well.

Goats milk contains Alpha Hydroxy Acid which exfoliates, hydrates and brightens the skin. It's naturally loaded with antioxidants and vitamins which is why goats milk is superb for use in hair and skin products.

Since we utilize food ingredients in our products such as goats milk, oatmeal, aloe and nopal, a preservative is necessary to keep it shelf stable. We use a natural, new preservative that is made with fermented coconut fruit, fermented radish root and leuconostoc kimchi ( which is the microorganism used to ferment cabbage into kimchi ).
